The bad news is (for me anyway) that I am in the tight part of my work week, and won't
have time to investigate the ones I don't recognize until Sunday afternoon, well after
some other folks are able to get them all identified.

To the winners, I offer congratulations.  The three of you should grab Joseph by his
ankles, and toss him into the nearest frozen (preferably ALmost frozen) Wisconsin lake.
