[Shotimes] '93 SHO power window motors held in place by 3 bolts?

What's attached with rivets are the window "regulators". These are the mechanical tracks that translate rotary motion (from the
motor) into vertical glass movement. These mechanical parts are attached to the sheet-metal door with rivets.

The "motor" attaches to the regulator mechanism with three bolts. It actually consists of two parts: An electric motor and a
gear-reduction unit. The reduction probably involves a worm gear. That's why windows don't move without the motor powering.

I found that it was difficult to remove the motor/gearbox from the regulator so long as the regulator was still firmly rivited to
the door sheetmetal. I had to dislodge the two rivets closest to the motor to be able to pry the regulator away from the motor
enough to remove the motor.

YMMV.

Some people have said that the power window motors are attached by rivets,
while some others say it is just three bolts per motor. Which information
would be the correct one? Are they easy to remove from the doors?
Thanks, Norm
