They sure are - they are an exact copy of a TSW wheel that was popular a few years back, I think the VX-1...still real ugly.  
The car is going to be a screamer, no doubt...I read where it actually dyno'd FWHP above the rated crank HP...probably rated low to appease the insurance vultures.  
The only problem I have is the stance - way too high all around, and with the SRT-specific suspension components (like the steering knuckles), they say there's no way to lower it short of cutting the springs  :^(
