He is going to do everything he can for free. He is not willing to spend
thousands to try and make them pay. No one in Texas will even try to
make them pay without money up front. If you know someone who will he
would love to know. BBB will not make them pay, a letter to the Attorney
General will not make them pay. Small claims court in Texas is a joke,
even though you win no one will ever remove the money from the losers
pocket and put it in yours.
