Not sure about actual prices... but keep in mind that the whole front of the
engine needs to be torn down to do this.  The part is about $10, give or
take, and the rest is all labor.  This is usually done during the 60k
maintenance when the timing belt and water pump are generally replaced as
well.  This IS a DIY and can definitely be done in a weekend... more like a
day, all depends on how fast you work, how familiar you are with what you're
doing, and how much trouble you run into.  There are instructions listed on

Check 'em over.  You can probably save yourself a ton of money (you can put
it towards the inevitable clutch or tranny replacement) by doing yourself.
If you don't think you can tackle it by yourself ask around the list.
