[Shotimes] Front Seal

George is right about saving a bundle by doing the work yourself.

If you do your shopping, you can purchase the timing belt, the front seal,
and the watet pump (remanned front half) for less than $100 from
www.rockauto.com Spend another $44 from AutoZone for the crank sensor.

You can buy all the parts with the Motorcraft name on them and spend the
$350, but the engine will never know the difference.

Pick up a supply of your favorite beverage from 7-11 and you're still under
$150 bucks for the basic items.

Of course, you'll probably find more stuff that needs replacing, but that
$150 will get the basic maintenance done.

Let us know where you're located at. There are enthusiasts who will do this
for a lot less than a shop, plus they actually care about your car. Some
will do it for beverages and food.....(like beer and pizza).
