[Shotimes] Digital Camera Idiot

I can't tell you alot about them. My 8 year old son knows more about
using ours than I do. But it's my understanding that most of them will
record movies. How long of a movie depends on how much memory
the camera has.
I recommend a camera with a memory stick. Alot of people like the ones
that use 3 1/2" floppy discs, but I think the cameras are too big then, and
I wouldn't want to have to carry around a bunch of floppy discs on my
trip to Disneyworld or whatever. A camera with a large capacity memory
stick will hold alot of pictures. It hooks up to our computer with a USB
cable and we just download the pics.

Subject: [Shotimes] Digital Camera Idiot here; PLS help, and thanks!
Hey all,
Although I'm an idiot when it comes around to today's digital camera
technology - I'd still like to purchase one within my budget of $150 to $250.
What brands do I stay away from, and what are recommended?
What are the more important features that I should look out to get for my
bucks?
Are there any digital cameras within my money range that can shoot movies?
Thanks, Norm
