[Shotimes] Trouble with idle

Here is a thought for the up and down idle problem.  This was happening to my 
'91 +  until I brought it in to Performance Plus.  The clutch had been 
replaced and when they put the motor back down it caught the throttle cable 
and therefore the cable was unable to go back to original position.  He said 
he see's this all the time and he fixed it in about a minute or two.  

I can't give you anymore details because I don't no any.  I also hope this is 
making sense.  

My car now idles steadily.  It had been surging up and down also.
