[Shotimes] Need help from the gurus again

This afternoon, my 90MTX, 93K, died three times on the freeway.  Each time, 
it would start again after cooling its heels for about 20 - 30 
minutes.  Then it would run fine for 10 minutes or so, and die 
again.  Temperature was on the AL of NORMAL.  It almost acted like you 
turned the key off.  I was thinking CPS, and ran a KOEO and KOER, and got 
no codes.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
