If you disconnect the negative terminal on the battery it will also disable
your starter, not just your fuel pump.  Go in your trunk, and on the left
hand side behind the felt liner there's a switch.  Pull the wire, this
disables your fuel pump.  Then go crank her over a few times and the
pressure should be gone.  Then you can change your fuel filter w/o spraying
gas all over the bottom of your car
