You could be right, but with simply the addition of the 80mm and LPM, my car
went from 15.07 to 14.76. I am sure there were other factors involved, but
the car did indeed pick up mph and dropped E.T, and I am sure it was not
just the track (60' times were only marginally better, and the car wieghed
MORE than before).

I bet you are right (probably pretty good numbers on the dyno) but I bet
that MAF/LPM isn't doing as much for your ET as you think. I bet that car
would run similar ET with a stock MAF (may be down a little mph).
I bet my 89 would turn ET's close to it's best with a stock MAF to...mph may
be a little off, but I bet the ET's would be close.
