[Shotimes] timing belt done, runs awful

Well the timing belt is done everything back together, and it sounds like
the timing is off...Had all the lines lining up when I tightened the belt,
so I don't know what's going on.  Also there's a rattling noise from the
belt area when I hit the gas at certain throttle points, makes me worried to
even drive it... Also the timing seems off because you can hear the exhaust
pulsating.  Well any thoughts into what I screwed up?
