[Shotimes] PLEASE help me diagnose problem!

Sounds (smells?) like you have fried the clutch, and may be looking at a
clutch replacement soon.  You exhaust malady is probably where the y-pipe
and the resonator are bolted together, check it out.

BTW, was your ricer buddy envious?

The A/C deal, sounds like it's locked up.  With the smoke coming from that
area, you may have wore the belt down.  This may even cause your charging
problem, since the belt may not be turning the alternator much.
