[Shotimes] shift cables on a '90 MTX

It is a common problem on the GEN Is. The problem is usually a small plastic
fitting at the bottom of the shifter that wears out. FORD no longer makes
this part and used ones are almost as rare. Upgrading to a rod shifter will
solve the problem and give you a much better shifter.

There was an message a few weeks back about using a CHRYSLER part, but I
don't believe it is a good fix for the problem.
