Welcome to the club... based on your combined, I'd say you can get around
27-29 mpg on strait highway.  It almost seems like it's split 50/50 for
those who get around 30 mpg and those who don't.  O2 sensors won't help,
cleaning the MAF has some affect, and that's about it.  Everything else
seems to help performance, but has nearly zero affect on the mpg.

Either way, these cars get good gas mileage.  Look at the power output and
age... how many cars with matching characteristics get upwards of 24 mpg on
a regular basis?  Even on the bad days we're looking at 20+ which is still
decent.  That's not to say that these cars are awesome by today's standards,
but that is an unfair comparison.  The cars were designed and built years
ago, at which time they were awesome.
