[Shotimes] eBay scam?

I don't know anything about the guy selling the plugs or wires, BUT.....

If I'm selling a 'RED SPOLIER' and I have picture of the car with the
spoiler on it, would you expect to get the WHOLE car?
His ad clearly states what you get. Some people just don't read the
listings.

Recently I sold a set of tires to a guy. The ad clearly stated that he was
bidding on the tires and yet he expected me to throw in some wheels with
them, even though there was never any mention of wheels or even a picture of
wheels. ???
