[Shotimes] Ebay Scam?

I wouldn't advertise this way. I am in no way defending the seller, however, 
he was quite clear on the description and the title.

I also wouldn't buy from him even though I know what he means.

My SOP is to send an e-mail and if I don't get a response or the response 
doesn't clarify the matter, I either don't bid or I withdraw the bid if I had 
already made it.
