Yep, a while ago the production of heating oil increases and other fuels
decrease.
As for off brand gas it used to be that they would get what the major brands
made that didn't meet their specs. years back when forced to buy as they
were the only ones open late I would see a decrease of 3-4 mpg over name
brands in NJ.
