[Shotimes] Hard Starting at times

I have a 93 ATX, 3.2L, Just finished putting on new water pump, timing belt, 
CPS, spark plugs, wires, valve cover gaskets and seals, A/C clutch, most of 
the time it starts fine, but occasionally, I try to start it, warm or cold, 
mostly when warm, and it acts like it wants to start, but won't. It did this 
before I replaced all of the above mentioned parts. Usually after trying 2 or 
3 times and maybe letting it sit for about 30 seconds, it will go ahead and 
start and run fine. It runs like a scared rabbit, more so now than before 
since replacing the above parts. Any ideas on this? What are the symptoms of 
a bad Camshaft Positioning Sensor?  I'm open for suggestions on this problem. 
I haven't run any codes because I'm not sure how and the CEL has not been on 
since I replaced the O2 sensors.
