[Shotimes] Squeak/Rattle from clutch?

I have noticed just recently that my clutch pedal makes kind of a rattling
squeaky noise intermittently.  No particular circumstances.  Sometimes it is
in gear, sometimes out.  Sometimes the pedal is down, sometimes it is up.  I
also noticed that sometimes when this is happening, my brake pedal vibrates
a little at the same time.  What does this all mean?  I hope someone can
tell me.  Thanks.
