have you checked to see if the wiper is loose? the same problem was happening with my car and after i hit a carwash and was washing the windsheild i noticed the wiper blade was really loose. after i fixed it, it wasn't doing the annoying click noise anymore. just a thought lol -=Nancy=- 1994 Red ATX named Satan
