Mine does it as well, but only when on the highest speed.  I'm going to
replace my wiper motor, for other reasons, next weekend.  I'll let you
know if I find the culprit.  May be that something needs some
tightening.

Mine does it as well. I believe it is because the wiper isn't completely

parked when turned off. I plan on pulling the arm off and turning it on
the 
splines one or two notches and putting it back on. I just haven't done
it.
