[Shotimes] Window Tint Citation!!

Just got 1 this morning :-(
My tint checked in @ 33%, which is one of the lightest
tint available.  Just my luck, had the tint for over 3
years w/o any problem...
Just wondering if anybody had any suggestion to get of
of this :-)
