[Shotimes] Block heater

I believe you are correct about it going in where a freeze plug is. I don't 
believe it's that hard to put in, it's just I've heard more stories about it 
leaking than not.

I realize your car is a MTX, but what I do is I use my remote starter and let 
the car run with the ETAC set on the temp I want for 10 minutes or so before I 
go out.
