[Shotimes] HID question

With the help of a Ian Macoomb I have a voltage regulator that can be set at
any value under the input voltage. It is limited to a 5 A output and does
the voltage dropping through grounding so a lot of heat can be created. It
is what I use to charge up the single 2V cell in my 14V mod. Works great,
is extremely stable and with the addition of a pot(s) instead of fixed
resistors it can be easily made adjustable.
