[Shotimes] EEC-IV help

My '93 is running very poorly.  The car will start OK but has a definite miss
and the tach is reading about 1/3 real value.  The miss is very steady and I
feel the engine is missing on at least 2 cylinders.  It was all I could do to
go 60 mph today against the wind.  :(

I ran the KOEO test and got these codes....

there was no pause between the flashes of the group 6542 and  the group
216542

I know the 1 is a separator

There was no pause between the 67 and 536.  Help me please as I am completely
confused.
