[Shotimes] Gen3 seats in a Gen1?

The cutting you mention --- would that be absolutely required, or would it
be required only if one wanted to enjoy the "pass-through" feature?  I could
live without pass-through, I have for years.  Just ask my urologist.

Okay, the Gen3 rear seat bottom is wider.  [Must... not... comment... on...
American... obesity...]   How much wider?  Enough to keep the rear doors
from shutting?  Do the Gen3 rear seat mounts match up?

There would be some major changes to fit the rear seat. You would have to do
some cutting of the supports under the rear deck. Also, the bottom of the
rear seat seems to be wider than the GEN 1/2. I'm sure it could be done and
would be VERY nice for the 'pass through' feature, although the front seats
look like they belong in the SHO even with the GEN 1/2 rear seats.
