[Shotimes] OT - collect calls

I could not find any truth in this what-so-ever.  One of my wife's friends
works at Alltel in Dalton, and I called her up and asked her, and she said
that is untrue.  She did say some things about 90#, though, but that only
works if you have a multiline phone system.  What this does, is give the
person calling in a free outside line to make long distance calls, if long
distance are not blocked.

Your idiot brother-in-law is scamming your wife's grandmother.  Nip it in
the bud.
