Off the top of my head I think the plugs are AGSP32PP.  Go to
www.shonutperformance.com and look under "60k" for plugs & wires.  Look
under "Suspension" or "Performance" for springs and struts.  Josh has the
part numbers and very good prices.  I don't think you'll find the stock
springs.  Most people who want the stock ride height have been going with
the cargo coils from Napa, etc.
