[Shotimes] Squeaky Shifter

Anyone ever have their shifter start squeaking and moaning when starting in 
first. This has been happening for awhile and I got under the car and tugged 
on the black box and it started making the sound. I loosened the nuts that 
hold the shifter up so that the assembly might have more room to move 
instead of bind up, but that did no good. Any other thoughts?
