Thank you for the very nice note. It is so interesting to see these cars' courses
be so parallel for such a long time. I'll talk to the shop about the paint, but
standard Oxford White seems like it would be so boring after so many years with
glowing pearl paint. It wants to be on the road 18 months more before it hits the
museum, and that would be quite a long time to go around with that ho-hum paint.
(Not knocking white paint, but it just doesn't suit Lowrider's personality.)
Remember, I have this thing about wanting my car(s) to be individually unique, and
for this one, the pearl paint (and the wheels) did that for me.
