[Shotimes] Hard to describe problem(s)

With an any MTX when you are at low speed, low gear, and you let off gas,
the car kinda gives you resistence.  Or if you are cruizing along at 45 mph
and you jab throttle, the car lunges forward.  Well, with mine, the first
problem is REALLY bad, and the second thing hardly happens, feels like
something is loose.
