Good editorial in the WSJ (Wall Street Journal....for those unfamiliar with
the USAs best newspaper), entitled "The Company Way". A little primer on
capitalism versus anything else over the last 500 years.

Spoken like a true pinko. I'm glad Yankee companies made decent profit on
each bomb they built.
I don't see soclialist countries doing what Boeing did: They have a
retrokit that turns many dumb ordinance into smart bombs. It's very cheap
(~5K) and saves lives and money everywhere it's used.
Or maybe the environment of private property and entrepeneurship fostered in
the "Worker's Paradise" Cuba or North Korea makes these things all the time?
Profits = People, peace and prosperity.
No Profits = Death, starvation, violence and state control.
Pick one.
Americans learned that 250 years ago and our consistution is based on a
fundmantal right of property. Maybe you should as well.
