[Shotimes] Problem with my rod shifter on my 1991 SHO

Hey all.  I went to go to work today after the car sat all of yesterday but
drove fine Saturday night and I can't really shift into any gears.  When I try
to shift, it's as if the rod isn't in the right spot.  If I shift into 1st or
2nd gear it will not stay in gear and feels very "spongy", but 3rd and 4th are
better but it will not "click" into gear like it should.  5th gear and reverse
are out.  I must also note that I have had a broken motor mount which more
than likely played a part in this.  Anyone else experience this before?  Any
help would be invaluable.
