That's wheel HP. With a 24% loss (probably quite reasonable for an AWD car),
that 273.6 HP at the wheels is 360 at the crank.

The description doesn't match the stated tranny setup and the pic of the
dyno graph doesn't go anywhere near 360hp. 273hp in a car that small is
still impressive though.
