[Shotimes] valve lash question

Another infamous ticking noise is the cam chain adjuster on 
the back of the cams.  These are known to make a lot of 
noise, but it doesn't hurt anything, and as I found out (and 
Doug Lewis warned me about), replacing the tensioner and 
chain might not solve the problem.  Since then, I just live 
with it.

Use an automotive stethoscope or a length of hose to track 
down where the noise is coming from, if it is inside those 
bumps on the back of the valve cover, it is the chain, and 
should be no problem.
