Josh,

Not working to start any big argument with you, but re-read 
your words below.

In this case you have totally written off everything 
"domestic" already.  (and how valid is that anymore with 
Mercedes deep in Mopar and GM and Ford spread across the globe?)

How can we expect you to give anything, especially the CTS a 
fair shake?

Absolute statements are made to be proved wrong.

There was a time when BMW was considered junk or at least 
not anywhere near the quality they are now.  They had to 
look up to several manufacturers including some American 
ones.  If they could pull themselves up to the standard they 
now hold, how can you say some other manufacturer can't hit 
one out of the park?  Quality on many American products is 
world class right now if you look at them with an open mind.

You have written off an entire industry with bias.

You might enjoy your test drives more if you threw away that 
bias before turning the key.  :)
