I hate to shout, but, HIRE A REALLY GOOD ATTORNEY!
This person was injured at no fault of her own, so she should be entitled to
some compensation! Talk around and get a good lawyer! It may take a while,
but I have a close friend that does this kind of stuff here in Indiana and
he makes enough to buy a new Cadillac STS every year and send two kids
through college. His clients (the real winners) get a lot more...
