Since it isn't her fault, she has negotiating power. Also, have you gotten
her insurance company involved? If not, do it. She has been paying premiums
as if it weren't a 'rebuilt' title. They should pay at least the average
dealer price. Go to www.edmunds.com and price it there. The column that says
'dealer retail' should be the STARTING point. Depending on options, color, I
show as being $5200-$8000.
