[Shotimes] TURBOLATOR exhaust tips?

Anyone ever heard of these or looked at these. I was just looking at them
casue a friend sent me a link to them for her cougar. I was beginning to think
it was BS, till I read about some mufflers out there that have a dual stage
set of baffles to increase low end with back pressure then open up at higher
flows. Just wondered if anyone knew anything about this stuff, or if it might
be an idea for a SHO.
