[Shotimes] Good experience at a Ford Dealer

I have a really good contact at my local Ford dealer as well - I haven't
had them do any work for me yet, but I know if I had to I'd get a fair
deal. (as far as Ford stealerships go anyway)!! I used to party with
this guys younger brothers - long story!! Chuck Colvin Ford in
McMinnville is the dealer. This guy worked really hard for me finding
parts, such as shims and battery cables that weren't readily available.
He tells me I got the last set of battery cables available?? Long story
short - He was joking with one of the mechanics - telling him - "you
want to work on this guys SHO, don't you?" and the mechanic said "Hell
NO, Those things are a bitch to work on"!

Made me feel pretty good about doing the work myself! Now, if I could
just figure out what this ticking noise is - I may not feel like I need
to sell the thing before it costs me another couple grand and loads of
time!!! ;-)

Kerry Kinion - bone stock '93 MTX, blah, blah, blah (nothing really cool
to mention yet).

It's always nice to hear good news like this about the dealers, since
almost
all we ever hear is bad news. I need to get my ABS system bled, too,
and
plan on using the ATE fluid. May I ask how much they charged you, and
was
this for a full brake bleed?

How do the brakes feel now?

Later!
