[Shotimes] Fuel Milage

Could be a part of it depending on how fast you are going. 12 still seems
almost impossibly low for these cars though. My commute is under 5 miles
with the fastest stretch being about 1 mile at 50mph with a light in the
middle that I get stopped by every day! Otherwise it's mostly 40-45 all the
way. I generally take it very easy when the car is cold, not accelerating
very fast and shifting by 3k, if not sooner. I don't get out of 4th until
I've climed the hill and I'm on the flat stretch of 50mph. I haven't been
calculating my mileage regularly, but yesterday it landed at 10 gallons when
I topped off and I had 225 miles on that tank, so I'm right around the 22
mpg that I figured I was doing. On the highway my dad and I generally get
27-30. My dad's drive to work in his 95 is mostly expressway and he gets 27
all the time.
