[Shotimes] Heater Hose

 The sensor is your "CELO". Cold Engine Lock Out sensor. It keeps the
interior fan from coming on until the engine coolant warms up. Good advice
on the heater hose clamps. Ford recommends cutting the crimped aluminum band
off and using clamps. I used my Dremel tool to avoid gouging the metal tube.
Let us know which hose you need so we can find the part number. Some can be
fixed with just regular hose but I found using the proper molded hoses will
keep it from leaking again. I change ALL rubber hoses at 100K miles on my
SHO's.
Also check that the metal tube has not rusted and caused a pinhole leak. Can
you pressure test the system cold? It is much easier to chase leaks when the
motor and coolant are not boiling hot!
