[Shotimes] exhaust studs and nuts sizes

I remember we had this discussion a few months ago when I proclaimed I did
the rod bearing change in a few hours, before lunch one day. Wasn't really
bragging, but below may be one reason others have a hard time believing
that. I didn't use any PB (don't own any) and the y-pipe was off in a few
minutes. One of the bennies to living here in SoCal, I guess.
