Man - it just hit me! And I'm cracking up.

1.	Never did anything w/cars before except change oil etc.
2.	Buy SHO and turn into total "wrencher" - hands are proof!
3.	Totally into talking to total strangers about 60k service - rod
bearings - PB Blaster!
4.	Driving wife NUTS!! (funny thing is: We bought the car from her
Boss/friend!) Her boss is a dentist who had no idea what she was
driving - but did take good care of it while she had it from about 70k
till I got it at about 110k. She was used to driving MTX's , as she had
driven some older BMW's, etc.
5. I didn't even really realize that the car was an SHO until she
(the boss) went to buy a new car and the dealer wanted to give her $1000
for it. I gave her $2000 and shortly after I realized what I had just
got myself in to!!
6.	I had always told my wife "I hate regular Taurus's". I never
really knew why until recently, and really understand what the
difference is now!
7.	I still hate regular Taurus's - and love pointing it out to
people who don't really know. Example - I pulled into a local Shell
station for some gas recently. Young guys there knew something was
different, I asked the kid he if he ever had seen the motor of an SHO
before? He said "no", so I popped the hood and said "take a look". Got
the usual "Holy Sh..." response.
8.	Anyway.................just a little background from a guy who
has gotten A LOT from the rest of you SHO owners out there!!

Thanks again and talk to you all soon,

Kerry
