Unless you have a car from the West Coast, where Y-pipes come off with ease.

We replaced the Y-pipe on my friend's SHO that was originally from Missouri
and has some rust issues.  He was getting so frustrated with the car that he
decided to spray the studs down with PB Blaster and then go at it with a air
gun.  I was REALLY nervous, but miraculously he didn't snap any studs...
