[Shotimes] TPS Fault Code

I'm sure the two are completely independent.  Remember that Jacob said the CEL
came on again after he replaced the TPS.  So he could try resetting the PCM
and the codes again to see if that cures the problem.

And if the problem is temp sensitive due to a faulty electrical connection, he
should be able to prove that running the KOER test to see the dynamic response
of the new sensor.
