Was the PCM reset after you replaced the TPS? I've been told you should
reset the computer after changing ANY sensor.
I don't know if resetting also clears the stored codes or if you have
to do that separately. But, if the codes weren't cleared after you read
them the first time, you might be reading the original code.
Good luck,

I got the good ole CE light this week. Checked the KOEO test and it
came
back as TPS out of range parameters. KOER yields the same result. So I
went and got a new one from O'Reilly's and it seemed to be doing fine
until the engine really warmed up. Then the CE light came back on
while
running 70 mph or so down the road. I got it home and KOEO read TPS
out
of range parameters again. Any clue what is still causing this? I've
checked for vacuum leaks and made sure all hose connections were good.
Other than that I am at a loss.
