[Shotimes] E-Brake and Accelerator Pedals

Well, with the '94 back together and the new SHONut clutch performing
beautifully so far, I have encountered a few minor issues with the it that I
didn't get around to fixing or notice before.
First, the e-brake pedal does not fully return to its upmost position. In
addition to rattling sometimes, it also leaves the BRAKE light on. The
switch works, if the pedal would fully return to the top of its travel. It
also wobbles a bit (isn't very tight feeling). Finally, it appears that the
e-brake doesn't fully engage either (doing the engine mount test causes the
car to move). I know there are adjustments in the system, but not sure
where to start. What would fix these problems?
Additionally, the accelerator seems to make a clunking noise when it gets
moved quickly or the car moves due to a lot of torque. I'm not sure if that
is related to how EXTREMELY tight it is and how difficult it is to press
down all the way. It doesn't appear to travel fully, or if it does, it
takes a LOT of pressure compared to the '95. The '95 feels normal. The two
engines rev about the same when manually pulling the throttle, but it seems
different from the pedal. Any suggestions here?
On a sidenote, after changing the clutch.. the '95's clutch pedal seems to
have a LOT less travel and be extremely heavy to press.. WOW I would have
never noticed how bad it was!! It's pretty nasty, but so is doing a clutch
job, heh. It appears that the friction disc is wearing out, as it slips
around a lot. How common is it for the disc to be the worn part?
