JB weld should do it under good conditions.
1)  The surfaces should be clean and preferably a bit roughened.
2)  The gap between the surfaces should be relatively small.
3)  Get as much contact area as you can.
4)  Even with 5 minute stuff I would let it cure 24 hours.
5)  How hot does the part get during operation?  This may be a key.  Between 
100 degrees F and 200 degrees F epoxy products lose a significant percentage 
of their strength.
